Half Moon Bay moves into the internet age starting in 2027! This website will replace the previous Google site and will serve as the home for public announcements, calendar events, and your source for HMB news! This website is made possible by a new property management system setup by the board which enables online dues payments, document archival, email & text communications with homeowners, and this website.

This site offers a homeowner only section accessible using the "Owner Login" button in the upper right hand corner. Inside the homeowner only area, you'll find:

• The option to pay your HOA dues (you can even setup automatic payments)
• Downloadable copies of important community documents (Bylaws, CC&Rs, Meeting Minutes, Financials, Plat Surveys, etc)
• Request forms for the architecture committee & clubhouse reservation
• Contact information for Michaele in the office and your HMB Board

If this is your first time logging in, please put your email address you have on file with the office and you will be prompted to setup a password. If there are multiple owners with email's on file they will all have accounts setup.

While the Google site will be redirected here, we will continue to have the Facebook group as a way for the entire community to post, share photos, and comment on the happenings within the community.

Condo owners: The HMB Condo Board also moved to this online property management portal so when you select the "Owner Login" button you'll have the option to select either the HMB community or HMB condos to see the relevant information for either association you're a part of.
